Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away and a dispatch email with your tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery estimates
United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days from dispatch.
Europe: 8 to 18 business days from dispatch.
Rest of world: 10 to 25 business days from dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. They start from dispatch rather than from when you place your order, and some items ship separately, so parts of one order can arrive on different days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any free shipping offer is shown at checkout before you pay. You will always see the full delivery cost before completing an order.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking. If tracking is available you will receive a link by email when the order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to show its first scan, because parcels are handed to an international carrier before they reach your local delivery network.
Customs, taxes and import fees
Orders are shipped from outside the UK. Import VAT or handling fees may apply on arrival, depending on your order value and destination. Where these can be calculated, they are collected at checkout. Charges applied by your local customs authority after dispatch are the recipient's responsibility.
Delays
Occasional delays happen at customs, during peak periods or in bad weather. If your order is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
Wrong or damaged items
If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item arrives, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
